Convert2xhtml.com helps you to convert your mockup / design to web standards, handy, search engines and users friendly, XHTML/CSS table less based websites. You just need to provide us the design of your website in format such as- PSD, TIF, JPG, GIF, PNG, AI, EPS, PDF, BMP or even the existing HTML markup.

3. Do you have a portfolio that can be used?
Yes, convert2xhtml has an online portfolio. You can even visit some of the sites that we have worked on in our "Works" section. Our portfolio is larger than this collection. Since we are bonded with Non Disclosure Agreement with most of our customers, won't show their sites anywhere.
Do you have Yahoo, GTalk or Skype account?
We use instant messengers like Yahoo, GTalk or Skype for our regular interactions apart from emails. On demand we can also provide our account names if you just want to talk on web-development procedure.
5. What information I need to include while ordering for a project?
Please checkout "How it works" before you order. Notify us the details of your design size, link colors, text colors etc in the Project Details part of the "Order Now" form.
6. Will it be looking same as my own design or like the existing site?
You will find a near pixel perfection, particularly if you are using web-safe fonts.
7. Do you have any discount offer for extra pages?
We offer special discount packages for all projects depending upon the number of pages. Usually we give at least 70% - 80% discount for additional pages.
8. What will happen if you are unable to finish the project within 24 hours?
Sometimes it can get delayed for certain reasons like; late payment, miscommunication or even design upload. We do our best to live up to your expectations to complete our job within 24 hours.
9. I've a hosting provider, now can you tell me how should I upload?
If you can provide us the FTP information of your website, we can upload it once the project is finished.
10. Can you do more than just markups?
Yes we surely can. We will assist you with anything as far as web related problems are concerned. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirement.
11. Is the code easy for me to update?
Our hand-coded pages are very easy to update and preserve. The way we have discussed the CSS layout techniques, there will be no problems for you.

Payments and Refunds
14. When I need to pay?
Once you place the order you will receive an order-confirmation email. It will also give you the information about information how to make the fee and if we need any further information to start coding. We expect a minimum of 50% of the total payment from our first-time customers.
15. How do I pay?
Our payment methods are very simple. You can pay via "PayPal" order page. With this you can pay us through your credit card or PayPal account.
16. Do you have any refund policy?
We give all our client 30-day 100% with money back guarantee policy. A total refund is provided for following options:
If for certain reason we are unable complete the order in time
If you request to cancel before the order has been started
If you are not happy with our work
17. What will you do then?
We renovate your design into a good-looking webpage using XHTML or CSS. We also offer side scripting (Javascript) for a small fee. If you need a full dynamic website for development then we will provide you full service with enthusiastic resource. We also do PHP, ASP.net and JSP programming.
18. Do you also do content updating?
Yes. If you provide us with the content, we will make the content updation for your site at a price $10/page.
19. What is the delivery time?
Generally we code and test 3 to 4 XHTML/CSS webpages per day. If a webpage needs client side scripting (JavaScript) it is like 1 to 2 pages a day. All deliveries are done the next day.
20. Do you install websites?
Yes, if you provide us the FTP details of your hosting server, then we will host it. For a Dynamic website we usually charge a nominal fee on hourly basis.
21. What is the payment system?
Initially you need to pay 50% upfront and the rest balance after the delivery. We will also send you a payment request to the email you have provided in the form. We use PAYPAL service. You will be receiving a payment request from billing@convert2xhtml.com
22. What is the ideal file format that we will send you?
You can send it any format, it will be better if you can send your supporting font with the file.
23. What sort of instructions I need to follow?
We will suggest you to see and follow the things written in the Instruction box in the form to communicate with us.
24. I am facing a problem to submit the form, what should I do?
We always regret your trouble. You need to send us your design directly to order@convert2xhtml.com along with the Instructions and contact details. We are a team of exclusive web professionals whose main aim is to provide you proper guidance.
